Shipping Policy
At Clothestique, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new launches, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on your carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created. You can track your order here.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Clothestique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Clothestique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Clothestique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
